Jessy Mossop and Stephen Lecky are homegrown Alberta musicians with a long list of accomplishments together and on their own. They met four years ago in a “school of rock” kind of class and have been unstoppable (and inseparable) ever since. Recent accolades include winning St. Albert Youth Artist of the Year (Jessy), and writing and performing the winning theme song for Alberta’s 55 Plus Winter Games (Stephen). Together, they recently recorded a professional music video with Stars Air Ambulance, and were selected as this year’s grand winning act at Capital Ex’s Northern Star Talent Search.
Jessy and Stephen love to entertain audiences and their musical style is fun and playful, with pop melodies, folk lyrics and a bluesy vocal sound. In between performing, they are busy writing songs for a second CD release in the next year.
