Formed in early 2014, Tgera is a 4 piece progressive-rock outfit from Edmonton, Alberta. The band, having grown up in various parts of the world, manages to successfully mesh an eccentric range of musical influences, from heavy rock to pop to subtle hints of the Caribbean and parts in-between. In 2015 Tgera signed on to record an EP with now defunct Blackstream Records. Not to be deterred, the group pushed forward, and in March of 2016 they released an EP that promises to engage and captivate listeners. Tgera is currently booking tours throughout Alberta, and with their eyes turning towards the rest of the nation, a trip south of the border is the next logical step for a band who’s musical journey is bound to take you with them.
