Calista is the product of four talented, devoted and motivated musicians who blend rock guitar riffs, funky bass and drum grooves with aggressive pop vocals. The songs are high energy and infectious, danceable from the very first listen and memorable for long after. Their repertoire skirts the edge of several different genres but is held together in a way that is uniquely Calista. At it’s core, Calista’s soud is modern rock. While there are some progressive and experimental elements the main focus is a tight grooving rythym section. The goal overall is to gets people out of their seats and moving their feets!
